- Welcome to IKONICK The Collection! In the most incredible style, this private garage houses the car collection of Barry Skolnick, featuring 100 cars from the brand new Apollo IE and Senna GTR to a trio of the 3 Porsche supercars in Gulf liveries - 918 Spyder, Carrera GT and 959.
Join me for a walkaround tour of the gallery featuring the cars and artworks, with over 100 cars spread through 4 rooms including the hypercar display, Ferrari and Porsche rooms and the classics and resto-mods as well. There's a lot to see with many of the greatest modern hypercars; the likes of the LaFerrari, Enzo, P1, Senna, Senna GTR, MC12, 918 Spyder and so much more. In fact there are 4 Weissach package 918s, 3 959s, 2 P1s, 2 carbon Sennas and so much to discover as we travel around. Some rare highlights including the MC12 Corsa coversion, the Saleen S7 Twin Turbo and the Ford GTX1.

Mike Gallagher Petrolheads know the cars. I knew most of the modells too. If you are really fascinated by the cars you memorize them pretty easy.
As a petrolhead I can confirm that it's something you just learn without even trying lol. As a kid I used to sit in the passenger seat and guess the cars coming towards us on the other side of the road. Usually by looking at the headlights, front bumper etc.

@@mikegallagher1967 you can spot it when you are in the scene believe me :D , but yeah for sure he has insane knowledge no doubt.
Research and preparation work before filming. He goes a few rounds with the owner, gets the information, learns and memorizes and then begins filming. It's easier to learn and memorize when you already are very knowledgeable about cars.
The Apollo looks like a car that should be in the next Transformer movie.
It is a pleasure listening to you. How you remember all the models is amazing.

Family legacies. His family started a professional horse breeding company and they bred a lot of famous winners over 30+ years. The owner of this car collection is Barry Skolnick. He is CEO of Southwind Farms and also has several other businesses (real estate, vitamin, non-profits, etc...). He also built a surgical tower at Mount Sinai Hospital recently and does some charity stuff for the local community.
