He pretty much said at one point "Hey low down nobody engineer caller, you try my way tougher job of being a guy who doesnt bring in sandwiches" He started out wrong and actually got worse as he tried to defend himself.

Jim is 100% right, if you’re a small business owner trying to grow your business, it’s flabbergasting to show up empty-handed. It clearly wasn’t because Joe didn’t want to bring substandard product, he just doesn’t have that type of mindset. He honestly would’ve come off better if he said “shit you’re right, it’s going down next time I’m up here” instead of listing every excuse in the book.

i work at a deli that also gets their bread baked fresh daily and delivered every morning. a day old baguette gets like 5x harder after 24 hours and it sucks, nobody wants that shit. that’s the bread you use as panini’s the next day cuz it needs to be toasted

I don't understand how he doesn't think it's psychotic to go into a radio show to promote his sandwich shop and he doesn't bring one sandwich. He goes on to a nationally syndicated program and doesn't bring in his product which Sam pointed out they could be sitting there eating and advertising how good they are! I honestly don't know you could ever find a better form of advertisement and this is basically free Joe DeRosa does not pay money to go on to this program! Wtf!!?
