- CM Punk made waves with his infamous pipe bomb promo back in 2011 where he brought up Paul Heyman's name and said he was a Paul Heyman Guy on WWE TV when Paul was no longer with the sports entertainment company. The relationship with Paul Heyman and CM Punk dates back to Punks debut in World Wrestling Entertainment back on the ECW relaunch in 2006.

Paul Heyman did more for wrestling than any other one individual. He had/has a great eye for potential.
So many stars owe him a debt that can't be repaid.
Paul sees things that others don't see and pushes for his vision and he did or does it without being an offensive jerk(offscreen)....on screen he's a real jerk/heel and does a great job with that too.
Paul is just good at what he does. And I'm sure he's been paid well thru the years for it. And of he hasn't,.... that would be a travesty.
