In this class, we will move through restorative poses and gently increase the intensity with gentle, strength-building exercises. This mindful class will remind you to use your breath, focus on your body, and get a deep restorative stretch.

The low hammock is perfect for beginners who are looking for a gentle introduction to aerial yoga or for advanced students who want to deepen their practice. You'll be guided through various poses that can help relieve stress, improve flexibility, and build strength. You'll also learn how to safely transition from one pose to another.
