No you really have it if you look at honey combs and freak out. Most humans are unnerved by grouped holes and stuff coming out of them because in our reptile brain it reminds us of infection and parasites and such. But if you get anxiety at a grocery store because of honey combs or anything like that then yeah you have a phobia.

Semih Kilic c'est sensé être là peur des trous. Le truc c'est que le nom est arrivé sur le net que très récemment et qu'elle n'est pas reconnu officiellement comme une phobie. Il semblerait que énormément de personnes trouve les trous comme le lotus très désagréable à regarder ( et j'en fait partie) mais ce n'est pas suffisant pour appeler ça une phobie. C'est juste un unconfort à la vue de petits trous les uns à côté des autres :).
