Cobi may have lost the plot with its shrunken tanks, but its planes are still the best. A worthy effort from Quan Guan though.
Besides, some tanks are still in superior 1/28
Why is everyone so surprised that it falls apart if you blow at it, it’s guanquan. It indeed is a good model tho

Although I've never liked the look of brick built horizontal stabilizers, I think this is the first Quan Guan WWII plane that looks good. Cobi is still hard to beat even when the other companies steal most of Cobi's specialized bricks. Thanks for the review!
I haven’t bought any Cobi planes in the past few years specially because of their vertical stabilizers. Cobi planes have a 2 block centre so they always use the same design 2x2 plate to attach the thin vertical stabilizers. And in my opinion it doesn’t look good.
The shape especially on the nose of the aircraft is so much better than the Cobi version, the whole aircraft looks much more coherent, great design!!

Coincidentally I've built this one last week. Plus point: price, I paid just 17 euros incl. shipping costs! Plus points are the funny spring landing gear, the nice cannons, as well as the solution for the exhaust and the amazing stand, cobi planes fit as well. Negatives, stickers and less stability. Cobi is nicer, but much more expensive! I'm curious to see what will come out of the Quan Guan stable in a year's time. ;)
I know when you're not looking for that piece that went flying and went missing. That hour out end up going up on the vacuum. As for this, it looks great as cobi, it just needs to fix some stuff and have that one tool for the build.

What spitfire is this? Apparently it’s a 1A but the machine guns on the 1A didn’t stick out the wings and no other spitfire had 8 cannons unless it’s just an inaccuracy
Servus und guten Abend @BrickMeet 😊... Ja, Licht und Schatten ist tatsächlich wahr bei Quan Guan 😊... Optisch sind die Sets schon gelungen, das muss man sagen, aber die Passgenauigkeit und die Stabilität lassen an einigen Stellen zu Wünschen übrig... Sehr schade 😔.

It is really nice but just unstable but the stand is great Cobi is more nice and clean
I love QG sets, curiously enough they have now started to remake their old sets(like panzer 3, tiger 1 and the recent IS-2) but there is even a brand new kit, namely panzer 1. I think there will be a review on them from you(panzer 3 is already there, I saw it).

Is quan guan always finicky? I imagine because they are on the cheaper side?
I like the idea, but why the random colors. I didn't buy the cobi Hood because of it and thankfully cobi went back to acceptable use of colors. If QG wants to compete, at least copy cobi in the use of colors.

Random colors are likely to make the instructions easier to follow. I think it's okay, as long as the random colors are hidden in the finished model. Lego in particular have been not so good about that, with collector models sometimes having random colored parts visible when the model is complete. In Technic, the color vomit is even worse, and does NOT aid the clarity of instructions or make the model easier to build.

Hey man i am a starter so i just bought the COBI Panzer 1 Historical Collection, and i am having a problem with the tracks i couldnt assemble the other tracks with the other tracks ( some of them) should i glue them?

cobi has generally speaking more sturdy models as well as better brick quality.
