Why do you use teflon tape? Make flare face a little larger. Use eccentric universal free size flaring tool for fast and smooth flare connection

Good installation no doubt but I want to add few points 1. Teflon tape should not be used. 2. During filing mouth of the pipe should be facing downward3. Before making flare deburring of the pipe is a good practice. 4. Apply a little compressor/mineral oil to the head of flaring cone so that it will reduce friction during preing the cone.5. During flare making the tip of flare hardens due to stress. Some people heat the flare and leave it sometime to cool naturally. This will remove stress hardening. 5. Apply compressor oil to the threads before tightening as per your judgement.6. Using torque wrench to tighten is even better but it is a costly equipment. Anyway thanks for the video.

It will come block inside the pipe / Expansion valve or anywhere in refigeration line. Company never say use the thread tapes. It's not my opinion

Kya ac aabhi jahan install hai.....thoda doori par install kar saktey hai kya....khaali indoor unit outdoor copper pipe beech/middle back se jaa raha hai....mai soch raha hu...side waali jagah se nikal lu...jis-say AC thoda shift bhi ho jaayega.....

Good but you have some mistakes ,, you must dont insulate the join of the two pipes until you insure there is no gas Leaking , the second mistake you join electrical wires together and this is wrong and dangerous , third mistake the cover was not closed properly from under , good luck from the master of ac technology
Thanks for your comment yes you're right didn't check leakage but i was sure there is no leakage that's why i make insulation on both copper pipe 🙏🏻
And second first of all i joint wire together with wire nut and then i join wires together by electrical tape
And third one i already check indoor unit proper fitting with lock

@@v.techsolution next time dont put teplon tape it is not advisable... it can void the warranty for the manufacture for any cause of restriction in system in your unit...

People should use tube bender spring. Even experts commit mistake while bending the pipe to outdoor unit unknowingly because the pipe remains inside the insulation cover and you may not know that you have pinched the pipe.

As per my opinion 1 ton cheap and best inverter ac are 👇
1: Carrier (Refrigerant - 32)
2: Hitachi (Refrigerant - 410a )
3: LG (R-32)
4: Godrej (R-32)
5: Voltas (R-32)

These are the Best inverter AC for Mumbai and you can save electricity 30% to 50% if you buy inverter AC 🙏🏻 and if you want use in winter season so you can buy heat and cool air Conditioning.

what can happen if my air conditioner, the big copper pipe bend too much ..will the airflow through??
I'm talking about the big copper pipe connected to the unit indoor..it bends in such a way, I doubt if the air is flowing through
the person that installed did it a poor
Immediately stop your air conditioner and call a ac technician. They will check and if copper pipe will punch they will cut the coper pipe and breezing. After they will check your ac properly
If you kink your big line, that means not much of anything is getting to your compressor. your compressor usually is cooled that way, so it'll overheat and die. And that's a big problem. Oil may break down and contaminate your system. Not to mention a compressor is like....30% of your total cost when buying a brand new system. but yea, venus is correct. call the tech after shutting down the system. no harm, no foul. you shut that compressor off early, no damage at all.

@@official_salt it's usually the big line that frosts a bit, not freezes. and that's usually a non-residential application...like a walk-in freezer. a restriction can cause freezing tubes. if it's your smaller line, that could be the filter drier. you should have a professional look at it though. we can't do much for you far away. a tech can take pressure readings, check your air flow, check your motors, and your wire connections, ect...

Instalation fix sahi hai lekin wireing same place pay cutting nahi karna. Tapeing main mouta hojata. Heating hokar buarn short circuit hojati. Es kay alawa sab theek hai😁

why would you use ptfe tape. it is not water. instead it is refrigerant on very high PSI. Ptfe tape will stop the flare to tighten properly and make a proper seat.

I have never used a spring bender on a mini-split install job... Only in the shop when I was a student. Not a bad way to do things. I do sometimes use my co-worker's tube bender kit. It's pricey, but it does a good job.
