Me too. I am 73 and took up the guitar after not playing for about 55 years. Rob has inspired me to improve my playing and I am really enjoying playing music.
The lyrics are usually sad but the beat and notes make you want to boogie, they make you come alive that's what I love about the blues.

This is great, Rob. Will have to put my Michael Messer resonator to use learning this. Interesting that you're playing delta blues in standard tuning. I thought most delta blues was in open G or open D.

There is no specific song; it’s a 3 chord generic blues pattern used by everyone - and I made some words up on the spot as an example of what you can do with it. 👍🏻😎
One question: what’s that fretboard made of and how is it that spotless and shiny?
