- In this video I create a detailed Project Management and Tracking spread for one of my projects in my quarterly goal plan. I tried to experiment with a layout that contains all project information as well as progress updating all in one place - and I really love the end result!
This spread is more for projects nearing the execution stage, but I do have another project that is still at the early planning stages that perhaps needs a different kind of spread. So do let me know in the comments if you would like to see a video on that as well!

Would it be possible to show us the actual working of these spreads please. Sorry, I'm not that fast yet, I'm unable to understand the matrix and the progress bar. It’s again that time of the year where projects are rushing to get finished to accomplish end of year KPIs. 😅 I feel like if i don’t make a detailed checklist and tracker, I’ll go crazy thinking I forgot something! Anyone else can relate to that feeling?
