Currently, Bangladesh possesses 17,000 square kilometres of land originally belonging to India, while India holds 7,000 square kilometres of Bangladeshi territory. As a result, once the land dispute is resolved, India will experience a net loss of 10,000 square kilometres.
However, India should offer Bangladesh additional land in the same geographical area.
In exchange for this extra land and the 10,000 square kilometres of land loss, India could potentially purchase a portion of land near the Chicken's Neck region, close to the Karakoram Pass, and widen the pass. This would help address the issue of the pass being too narrow to some extent and improve the old security concerns around it.
Not sure, of this being doable for the Governments though.

These problems could have been solve during indo pak 1971 war , we could have discussed with newly formed Bangladesh about this issue at that time as we contributed to independence of their nation.
Another best scenario can also include above points and land exchange near the chicken neck area as we have a strategic disadvantage at that area .
