The animals right side (the animals legs should be on your left hand side) should always be down towards the ground, gravity helps out a bit if you do so.
Surprised you don’t check the internal organs , lungs etc for tb and lymph glands , and don’t cut the stomach so it doesn’t blow up .. The EKA swing blade is a cracking knife , I’ve used one for several years and gralloched hundreds of deer with it .., My preference is a suspended gralloch when ever possible ..enjoyed the vid ..subscribed ..👍
I do check the organs while taking Them out and also afterwards. I dont cut the stomach because that’s not tradition here in Denmark. Thanks for the comment.
