Awesome birds I really like their stalking walk is super funny and scary !!! These birds are incredible without the scavenger birds and other scavengers all over the world and Africa would be wasted with dead animals and animal dropping’s these scavengers help keeping everything civilized in the ecosystem The death bodies will be disintegrated and make grass to keep it growing and it will be food for the herbivores and they will be hunted down by the lions and other predators for all of them to survive that’s how the ecosystem comes and goes from dead to new life they may be creepy and sometimes scare people but they are all the greatest nature organization cleanup crew ever!!! Because We are all part and connected in the great circle of life!!!

These videos are amazing! So often we visit zoos and the animals are napping or out of sight. Videos from their keepers, even if very short, give us so much more insight into how they live their lives and help us appreciate how important it is to make sure they continue to have a livable world.

my only problem with this video is how they fed them. the meat should've been heavier so the vultures could've ate instead of pick at it.
We do bigger carcass feedings for the vultures, these were leftovers from another carcass feed for a different animal.

They're a trip! Cautious about what looks like a marrow bone of sorts? I would expect more of such a reaction to something dead in the street. After all, the stinch of decay etc.. Gross. Oh, well, it's not my call.
