That makes the door heavy and with long usage the joints/hinges get affected. My fridge door was disaligned. When called for service, the guy told me to not keep anything heavy like water bottles, glass bottles of any sauce. Ketchup else the door will completely give away. New door might cost 8-8.5 K. So if your fridge door is glass too, take precautions.

I think you may read the old reviews. I my personal view, Kolte Patil's projects are decent and they deliver the project within the timeframe mentioned on PMRDA website. I suggest you to visit the township personally to see the quality of the buildings n all. Talk to the residents for more clarity.
