- We had a fantastic day at Elmley Nature Reserve. It was very windy so we think that kept some of the owl species away but we had some amazing views of the beautiful Marsh Harriers and Kestrels. We can't wait to go back again and see more wildlife there through the seasons!

Thank you so much Peter 😀
nice
Thanks so much David!
Very cool, the Marsh Harrier footage was fantastic, as was the Kestrel. Shame about the Little Owl but the year is young and I am sure you will tick it off your list in the near future. Great video as always.
Thank you so much Jay! Keeping everything crossed we can see one very soon 😀🦉
Great step up in storytelling and ‘scientific ’ approach. The use of the Latin nomenclature is so useful for non English speakers : no risk for translation errors. Love it!!!
Thank you so much that's very kind! Really pleased you like the video! 😀
Great video, some fantastic filming and superb narration. Lovely to see your enthusiasm. Will defo be following you both in the future. Thank you 🙏
Wow thank you so much for your kind words Christine! So glad you enjoyed the video!

Hello from the USA! I love all the details you’re sharing about the vegetation and the wildlife! Thanks for taking us along. I love going out to “see what there is to see.” What have I seen lately? I had to pause this video to run out and take a few photos of a Cooper’s hawk in my yard! Cheers!
Thank you so much Kelly! Wow a Cooper's hawk is quite the visitor, that's awesome! We're hoping one day to visit the USA and see some of the amazing wildlife there!
Really lovely to see some of the European versions of the species we have here. I just recently saw an American Kestrel, American Coot, and American Robin.
Great video!
Thank you so much! We'd love to see the American version of those species one day! 😀
Another great and informative video, thank you for sharing

Little Owls, short and long eared and barn owls at Elmley great to see
I loved this! Great mix of scientific knowledge and what you need to know about an area and species to photograph it well.
Thank you so much that's very kind! We're so glad you enjoyed it! 😀
Love thos video! You have captured some amazing footage of the wildlife and it is a very calming and informative watch. I especially like that you have put the names in english and latin on the side. I look forward to finding out if you see the owl next time!
Thank you very much! Fantastic to hear you enjoyed the video 😁 thanks also for your feedback on the Latin names, we’ll be sure to keep doing that!

Hello from Scotland!@ I've never heard of Elmley nature reserve it looks great. I was last in that area crossing the dartford tunnel heading down to dover to cross over into france. Would never have imagined so much wildlife was just on its doorstep. Really interesting to learn more about the Marsh Harriers and flora of the area. I've always been confused about the difference between hawthorn and blackthorn. If you're ever in Scotland you should visit the River Tay reed beds
Elmley is definitely worth the visit if you're ever back in that area, Rose! We are actually hoping to head up to Scotland later this year so we will definitely try to check out River Tay, thank you for the recommendation!
Love your stuff! Do you guys have an Instagram?
Thanks so much Noah, that’s very kind! Most of the wildlife stuff we do on instagram is on my photography account which is josienelderphotos 😀
