The ground floor house is composed of four equal modules that receive the living room, kitchen, dining room, and bedroom in a linear fashion. A single veranda integrates and connects the entire house to the outside. With large symmetrical openings, the connection with nature is present in all spaces. The interior design is functional and cozy, making the residents' daily lives practical and pleasant, allowing for moments of relaxation and contemplation. The metallic structure supports the wood ceiling and the sandwich tiles, while the walls are made of ecological white bricks. The pool and deck follow the alignment of the modules and advance 4m on the ground.

WOW WOW WOW, I 've got to say I have a major crush on this house. I watch a looooooot of tiny house designs and you might have topped my list.
My favorite thing about this design, even if I really love all of it, is the little veggie garden area by the kitchen. So genius to put something like this but also it looks and feels amazing with the line design of the whole house. My other coup de coeur is the area with the washing machine.

I love the wood on the interior. It cuts the glare from all that white. Great layout, keeping each area separate catering to focus on eating/sleeping/living. Simple, honest furnishing and incorporating the outdoors. Love the covered outdoor spaces as well.

Very nice. I would add bookcases in the living room, maybe a larger closet in the bedroom, and make it a washer AND dryer (stack). Otherwise, seems very comfortable. Where, exactly, is the front door?

Licht in den Schränken ist immer eine gute Idee, aber warum sind da innen Bäume? Dieser Baumgang wirkt eng. Und wohin wachsen die Wurzeln? Kamin an derselben Wand wie TV stört evtl. optisch, lieber an einer anderen Seite. Essecke mit Kugellampe ist schön. Das Bad mit Glaswänden auch (obwohl pflegeintensiv) Ich würde das Dach komplett mit Solarzellen bestücken.
Es gibt zuwenig Abstellräume.
Grundidee ist schön.
Herzlichen Dank, Andrea. Das sind großartige Beobachtungen. Wenn wir an ein Sommerhaus denken, legen wir nicht so viel Wert auf Stauraum, aber für manche kann das wirklich ein Mangel sein. Ich schätze alle angesprochenen Punkte, wir werden sie bei den nächsten Projekten berücksichtigen. 😊

Gostaria de ver um projeto de casa balcão de 90M2 , sem hall para os dormitórios, ambientes integrados, entre sala e cozinha, e parades divisorias somente nos dormitórios, banheiros, e lavanderia interna, com entrada de luz natural, por toda casa, com 03 dorms, 01 banheiro social, 01 suite, e sem piscina ‘ acredito com seu talento o meu futuro projeto ficará espetacular! Há sem telhado de telhas nem madeira, e sim laje cobrindo toda a casa, em cima da laje um jardim para aproveitar o espaço, com uma escada externa ‘ obrigada ❤
