Thanks for watching and the support!
Good to see your dad again. Watch out for land developers. They want to build houses on farm land. That's the latest fad that people want nowadays. With this crazy weather you can expect just about anything growing wherever. It's nuts out there. God Bless everyone, tell your dad hello.👍
Kip, the thistle stoppers on my weed chart: Sorghum-Sudan-Grass and apparently Chickory (check that one, I'm still leery as it was always a roadside weed for us on the farm). My own experience is a strong stand of Winter Rye could do it too (drill Aug 15-Sep 15th for us Michigan folks then plant corn or beans into it standing mid-late May to maximize biomass and weed stopping, knock it down with a roller crimper, baskets on a vertical tillage machine, or go down and back with an old cultipacker after corn/beans emerge before V1 to leave a thick weed-stopper mat). Winter rye can also knock out Quack Grass after a year or two and is much more effective than a wheat crop.
Nice looking hay! Great to have extra help with field work.
That drone shot of you and Lonnie working those fields was really sweet!
Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and enjoyable.
Wow. You are right about that first wheat field, lots of weeds and thistles. Rented ground can be tough to farm but you all got through it and that is what counts. The second field was much better.
Lonnie doing a good job on the hay rake. Good for him. Looks like some good hay. Nice and thick.
Small fields are hard to cut. Lots of turning to do all the time.
Thanks for the drone footage of the hay fields. Always enjoy your drone footage shots. Interesting.
Not on to
Milking after a busy day in the fields. Busy busy time of the year.
Never see too much wheat. But yours is nice and tall. Hay fields keep you busy Also.
Thanks for everything Kip. Take care and be safe.
Thanks.
The Iowa Farm Boy. Steve.

I am Mike Arms. I grew up on Bowers and Wilder Rd, Lapeer, MI. Terry Nichols from Oklahoma bombing used to give me tractor rides when I was a kid
Great drone footage! Thank you for sharing your day with us!
Happy Belated 1st Birthday, Summer. Hope you had a lot of fun, with all the presents, cake and ice cream. Enjoy being 1🥳
I’ve seen that look on your fathers face it’s the same look my grandfather had the look of determination you have it to Kip
Have you ever tedded at an angle It fills in the bare spots left by the cutter Thinner hay dries out faster
Thank you for working hard to bring the content to us Kip!! Much appreciated buddy!!
A KISS ON THE CHEEK "OUCH" !
Thanks for another great interesting video. All the best with your crops coming off the fields.
Thanks for your hard work!
Great video Kip , 69° tonight
Seems great . Take care and stay cool !!!!!
Man I miss the farm. Love to spend a day with you
Enjoyed watching the video Kip😊
Hopefully you don't move that wheat straw from that field off the place. Rented ground can sure be tough going sometime when you inherit all the stuff someone didn't control before you came in. Thanks for sharing the video!
Another great video!
Oh Man you will play he** getting rid of all those Thistles!
Enjoyed watching the video Ķip 😊😊😊
Sometimes you have to harvest the hand that was dealt. What you going to do. Lance heading back to school soon I imagine. Couple more weeks.
I love the older American build John deers but that 5325 sounds awful , is it really a John Deere or is it made under licence and only badged as a Deere ? , love your videos , regards from Southern Ireland 🇮🇪
Sir Kip Seigler can you introduce your brothers to us and what are their assigned job thank you!
Sorry to see all those thistles, the worst weed to get rid of.
How come she gave you the cheek instead of the lips?? Are you in the dog house? 😂
🇫🇷 are your 3 brothers living and working on the farm ? Or just you and employees . God bless
Do you mix that weedy wheat in a little bit at a time with the feed ✌🏻👍🇺🇸
Does anybody know how they sort out the wheat from the thistle seeds if its sent to market?
How are the milk prices now a days ? I have been out of it for a long time..
👍👍
Here in Ohio not many good looking beans in the north east where I live
Do any of your family hunt?
There's some wheat growing in your thistles
That a 7810? I’m new to the channel
Do you run the straw through your discbines? Before baling?
Winter wheat or spring wheat
What road was the second wheat field on?
What a disgraceful mess
