UPDATE FOR SEASON 10. 99% of this guide is still relevant for Season 10, except a few items and runes. PTA and BORK are still optimal, except instead of BC, you want to purchase Essence Reaver into normal ADC items.
Updated Runes: PTA - Presence of Mind - Legend: Alacrity - Coup De Grace. 2nd Page: From Sorcery - Nimbus Cloak - Gathering Storm. Magical Footwear & Biscuit Delivery are also viable for 2nd page.
why is it not optimal to not build black cleaver anymore? Don't you lose 40% CDR as well?

Finally i found someone pronouncing build the same way i do. (English is not my first language) I got lowkey bullied by my friends that pronounced it the brittish way.
If you have essence reaver and BC, you get 40 CDR and you can do double dash. Use W or Q into AA then when the two bullets are in the air, instant E to get 4s CD back from those flying bullets, and into another 2 AAs from the previous E, you get another 4s CD back. So basically you got 8s CD back for one E and your next E will be up.
Hey man, loved the video! Just a small thing. Phantom Dancer no longer reduces damage from a champion, it gives a shield now when you get low. They changed it with the crit rework/Revert thing.

Correction to Phantom Dancer: UNIQUE - LIFELINE: If you would take damage that would reduce maximum health below 30%, you first gain a shield that absorbs 240 − 600 (based on level) damage for 2 seconds (90 second cooldown).
It's still a great choice for the same reasons, but the passive is different. Thanks Neerra for the correction!

Hey, I just had a question about the item build, as the champion.gg build doesn't even use Blade of the ruined king or Black cleaver at all instead having essence rever and bloodthirster in its place

For leblanc you should watch bobqinxd or faker, talon you should watch yamikaze, and for taliyah you should watch replays to learn laning phase, etc.

Doesn’t ur w reset the double shot every time cause when I tried out Lucian and shot my w at someone, the enemy was tagged with a symbol and every time I shoot the passive, it shoots passive again and again.
Jacob Ji any ability you use resets your double shot.
That happens with every ability
When building cleaver and you have just about 900 gold, do you buy the kindlegem right away or wait for 1250 gold for phage and come again?
Why not using sudden impact and ravenous hunter instead of some mana and like 10 ad?
