I saw this band yesterday. He handed off the mic to a kid who could be no older than 6 who was sitting on his dad's shoulders who screamed all the lyrics. He passed it down to his dad, who did the same, then to a son who wouldn't be older than 16. It was amazing.

Hardcore shows are some of the most beautiful things I've ever witnessed,a bunch of people beating the hell out of each other,but the second someone gets hurt it's those SAME people buying you a beer and stitching you up making sure your ok and having a good timep.wether it's rap, country,pop,WHATEVER ,there is NOTHING as great as the HARDCORE SCENE,HANDS DOWN🤘🤘🤘🤘

This is one of the best hardcore albums of all time imo. This was on repeat for years
I've never found a band that i can listen to for the first time and instantly enjoy.
Terror is an exception.

Guys it was a joke lol :D "My first moshpit was brutal" can be considered acting tough. I mean, in a joking way. I don't understand however, how you bring my paramore cover into this. If I would've said "I'm tougher than you", then you could've responded "No, you cover paramore". But I really never said that, so that makes my paramore cover kinda irrelevant, doesn't it? :)

Scott Vogel has been at this for years now. I remember hanging with him in the mid 90's at the QE2 in Albany when Despair & Slugfest would play and make regular stops. Was always a good dude & positive to the scene. Happy for him!

"being resistant to change" that's what I call political, you have a perfect life in your minde, a better worlda nd you make all the shit you can to reach that ideal. Political to me not mean just talk about politics, or laws, but when nyou try to show something you know to other people to me that's political you try to change the mind. Nothing more political than "Do it yourself", it mean citizens are the real master of their life.

Yup, you are right. It's NOT about hurting anyone for any particular reason. Get your rage, aggression, anger, angst out. Sweat, work your body like disco dancers, break dancers, etc. Run around, jump up & down, pogo, mosh, thrash, slam-dance. Windmills, cart-wheels, cherry picker, whatever. The "pit." It is supposed to be unique to hardcore & punk. Then it crept into metal. And 'alternative' music. Now they have a pit at BLUES TRAVELER & THIRD EYE BLIND concerts. WTF did we create?!?! ♥♥♥
