    Now I know what I'm going to do with all those 1 1/4" x 8' x 10ft. recycled boards I have rescued from the junk pile I found. I believe I have enough from this find for at the least 100 of them to design with. good job sir !!

    Why not do your angle cuts on the miter? That's what they were made for.
