Why do you think there are no direct adaptations from page to screen for any franchise? If that’s what you’re looking for then you might as well stop watching tv and movies. The later stories have definitely been subpar, but a direct copy is not the answer.

This has been my dream series ever since Disney+ was announced. An episode for every stone. Unfortunately, Disney/MCU has been sabotaging themselves ever since Stan Lee's passing with politics, poor writing, and for visuals. I just hope the do Steve Justice, my favorite character.

Hire creatives and writers that aren't looking to push an agenda...don't let the executives make creative decisions...go to source material for story structure...hire creatives and writers that love the comics and telling stories.

NOMAD being the Disney+ story that really ties in and sets up Secret Wars kinda being what Secret Invasion should have been cinematically is perfectly awesome.
Can u explain how it would set up Secret Wars? Im not a huge Comuc book fan BUT since Loki S1, Ive bewn back on board BUT im worried b/c this WHOLE arc has absolutely ZERO story going forward w/ the multiverse. There just hasnt been a strong Cohesive Connecting story going forward ….. Yet! Thanks

It is cool, but I’m worried that it’s too little too late and it absolutely feels like damage control rather than a preplanned part of the Marvel project.
If they had put this out within a year or two of End Game, it would have done far better for Marvel in scoring for their “good will” bank…but they’re basically flat broke in that department now and I just don’t see the masses caring as much anymore.
It’s not super hero fatigue, but crappy story fatigue, and hashing out the Steve Rogers story just feels like releasing a Black Widow 5 years too late, especially when Marvel has already ended the character, replaced him (Falcon, Bucky, Isaiah Bradley, Captain Carter), and moved on from the Infinity Saga half a decade ago.

I think I agree. Just seems like it would be a bit boring, but I'm easy to please. I was one of the few people that liked F&TWS. They need fresh writers. Might sound silly, but if they hired some capable, *experienced* fan fiction writers, that would bring in some fresh, new ideas. All fan fic is, is a story idea, a script, that's never going to get published. Obvi, the comic book writers are also burnt out from the recent-ish batch of X-Men comics and the krakoa storyline I thought sounded nonsensical. Marvel needs young blood and new stories that haven't been done yet.
Sounds good, but I wouldn't get my expectations up too high. Anything can change on a dime in the MCU.
We need to get a scene of Steve meeting the illuminati so we can get the iconic scene of him trynna stop a incursion with the gauntlet
So in Endgame when Thor and Rocket travel to Asgard, how did Thor take Mjolinir without causing problems to the timeline?? Unless, in that moment, there were two Mjolinir's. One the younger Thor was using…..and the one Steve possibly leaves behind?
Think about it, it would be a time loop for the weapon. Thor gets it back after travelling through time to Asgard. Flash forward, Thor gives Cap the hammer before he goes on the Nomad adventure.
He ends up on Asgard and leaves Mjolinir the same moment Thor and Rocket are there when Thor takes it back.
We NEED this to happen dude

They need to reveal that everything POST PHASE 3 is in an ALTERNATE UNIVERSE.
That's why we see Rogers OLD at the end. He's in a universe very close to but not EXACT to the old universe.
So the audience has been in A BRAND NEW UNIVERSE this entire time.
Of course! There is need to see on what Captain America did when he traveled back in time with the Infinity Stones & the Hammer of Thor.
This is what everyone has wanted yet Marvel pushed forwards with a load of other projects no one really wanted. I hope with all my might that this project is true. In reality (stone) this should have come off the back of End Game. Imagine the hype that would have come from it with the amount of people who saw End Game. Marvel keep missing the obvious tricks but there are signs they're going to get better and I'm still here for it.
What I don’t understand though, and I could have missed a point, the MCU said that when you change something in time you create a new timeline… so how was it Capt Roger’s decided to go back and stay with Peggy and remain in the same timeline to appear at the end of Endgame as an old man?
if they pull this off this could work to bring back life to the mcu.

Ok how about this. The watcher is showing the story of Captain America returning the stones and when he finally finishes. The Watcher takes us back to the beginning and says but before any of this happens. Then someone, maybe Deadpool and Wolverine show up and ask him to help save the multiverse 😮😮

Yes, he has to put the Stones back. The Hulk and The Ancient One had already agreed to put each Stone back so thst there will continue to be only 1 timeline. If he had not put them back, Endgame would have also been a multiverse movie, and there wouldn't have been an Old Man Cap at the end of the movie.
But technically the timeline where the infinity stone came from has to be pruned bc Gamora came into the future as well as nebula, and thanos. Which creates a branch.
@Jayxroberts The movie is only one timeline. Infinity Stone can work only in the timeline they come from. That's why they were considered to be as useless as paperweights when Loki saw a box of them at the TVA.
In the world of behavioral science we refer to variable ratios of reinforcement as being the most resistant to extinction. In layman's terms this means that a person will keep doing something if it's really enjoyable every now and then (like pull a slot machine lever).
If Disney+ comes out with an absolute BANGER of a show like this it will combat the fan "extinction" and keep us coming back for more just like a slot machine.

Bear with me, but just an idea for this show. What if at one point Steve goes and gets Natasha to help him with his mission, could be Natasha from between say infinity war and endgame and at the end of the show they see that the multiverse is in ruins and their friends are all about to die so they jump into secret wars to join the fight and at the end of secret wars Steve goes to be with Peggy like we see at the end of endgame and Natasha goes back to the time she was at when Steve came and got her knowing her fate but decides not to change it because she knows it helps them win. I’d be so happy if that’s the route they went
You can bet that Rogers will try to bring back Natasha but there might be a price to do it. Then again he can asks the Ancient One to create a temporal clone and then transport her some yrs into the future after Endgame. Knowing that the Infinity Gems are going to be destroyed but can still exist in the future even after it was destroyed, the Ancient One realizes that a temporal clone is possible using the power of both the Time&Reality Gems. The same goes with the Ancient One as she knew she was going to die and DrStrange losing the Time Gem will be unable to protect Earth's realm from the threat of Dormamu. So she agreed that she'd clone herself&Natasha but Steve also asked for Tony Stark too since he died before he returned the Infinity Gems, Steve didn't know that T'Challla would die after he left so it wasn't asked. The price that the Ancient One had given to Steve Rogers could be that after he mostly returned the original Infinity Gems, he had to live out his life until he can personally give back the Time Gem to her so that he's anchored in that timeline and into the future. So the Ancient One, Tony&Natasha needs old man Steve Rogers to live out his life into the future after Endgame so that they can use him as a beacon when their temporal clones jumps into the present after Rogers left to return the Infinity Gems. As for being too old, obviously the hiccup that turned AntMan into his younger version of himself using the time suit could be used to reverse his aging.
To be honest this sounds really good. I'd love to see this. Marvel needs to hire you!

I think this is what Kang is talking about when he asks Ant-Man “you’re not the one with the Hammer?!” Because he probably encountered Roger’s with the Hammer in an Ant-Man type suit that was all powerful!!

Captain America (from 616) will show up in secret wars and it was always part of “his past” between leaving in endgame and showing up as old. He just couldn’t say anything as to not influence any of the heroes journeys until that point. The TVA will come snag him after he replaces the stones back and promise him his life with Peggy after the job if he survives.

This is really interesting. Cap bringing the stones to Battle World in Secret Wars would pave the way for the stones to be back in the main MCU timeline post-Secret Wars.

Do we think this could be featured in a post credit scene of Deadpool? Feels like DP and Logan could be universe hopping at the end and see Cap with the hammer and brief case.
I would def be SUPER hyped for this show, seeing chris evans return and scarlet getting her flowers by being a producer for the show would be amazing.
But i do also have this feeling that we have to do some "heavy lifting" (maybe with Deadpool) before we jump into this show because honestly how much of the casual audience would be interested TODAY in seeing a marvel Disney+ show? It seems akin to Kenobi and the draw of the defining characters returning again for a show, but uh we don't talk about Kenobi...

What America needs right now is to turn Away from Racism and negatively too many people were upset that Steve gave America's shield to his melanated American friend Sam.

Remember in Loki.. they had DRAWERS full of extra Infinity stones like they were nothing special. I believe you are right, this is Scarlett’s executive produced show where she will be saved and brought with Cap into the. Secret Wars.

The 3rd Secret Wars, the one you reference in this video, happened was printed in 2015. Endgame released in 2018. There were lots of events in between that time, so I'll call bs that you connected those dots because they were "published around the film."

I 100% want to see Cap putting back the stones. At the same time, I also 100% don't want to see him go from that straight to Secret Wars. Let the man live in peace with Peggy for a few years, at least! He earned that.
Second thing for me though is, if they're doing this before bringing back Cap, then I want them to do something similar with Tony. Take some time to set up the alternate universe version of him in a limited series as well.
Even better, have Cap somehow run into and team up with alternate Tony in his limited series!

Aren't the stones taken from other times to that time in endgame? Thus, this would then create its own multiverse. So if it's own multiverse, why would they need to go back. Wouldn't this create a paradox?
It is a great premise for a show, but we've been hearing rumours about this since years ago, it is not new.

You're giving them too much credit. I think Steve is clearly going to run into Natasha at some point, so we get a surprise Black Widow cameo. She teaches him how to dance and that's how we get that scene in Endgame.
