Current situation is also kinda comparable. Students leaving studies just to become so called gamers ,influencers etc is really dissapointing.
that is because of our outdated education system which does not focus on individual interests of the youth and even when there are some courses which students like, the society discourages them HEAVILY saying either take JEE or NEET. In these people's eyes anything except those is too "low" . Students will never be interested in all that bullshit and being the "so called gamers, influencer, etc" is an escape from all that and if they really do have ambition then its a real job which pays just like any other (albeit less reliably) but we cant discourage their ambition. It may hurt their personality, relationship or character but thats a lesson or a price to pay

But you cant deny the fact that most people (mostly teenagers) get affected watching these influencer, they idolise them and they wish to become like them its not like they should not but you how INDEPENDENT AND MATURE creators do we have. You may have seen every kid nowaday opens a channel on youtube thinking he/ she may get one day get famous without realising that these thing are based on pure luck. In India Gaming= spending money , people gaining millions of subscribers doing giveaways and audience think this is a easy way to gain subscriber , they will either steal money or maybe cry in some big youtubers comments. 'An influencer is someone in your niche or industry with sway over your target audience' a definition from google but you know what influencing in india is ? Well i dont need to explain that instagram is heavily populated with these influencer.
if you want to become something do it with focus and determination dont be something just because its cool and trendy.

In 10th class I play free fire 2 hours and I get 81 percent
In 12 th class I play free fire 4 hours and I get 76 percent
As a gamer we handle all conditions 😇😎
As 10 i play ff 1 hrs I get 80%
In 11 i play ff 8 hrs I get 40-50%
12 I didn't study the whole year but still scored 79%.
I like these kind of story.
