That Dr. Livesey animation is fking 24frames a second. HOW? How did they make it better in the animation? They deliberately made his animation smooth af compared to the others.
They tried to make him the same as everyone else, but in his Chadliness, he spontaneously generated the extra frames from the ether.
Drawing more frames. The real movement is in the background, so they just needed to have more "poses" of Dr. Livesey in that same spot than the others.
