@@raghav5903 i started by understanding that there is no free will or any individual doer. A thought just arises and dies due to action of neurons and there is no way the so called “i” can control it. So our bodies including our thoughts are just like robots. So who is the real “i” ? The real “i” is the awareness or witness or consciousness which witnesses all the actions/ thoughts of this body.
