What did you use for the stick for the tires and what capes did you use for the tires

The sticks I used are bamboo skewers from dollar tree and the caps I used are big milk cups red caps that are painted black.

What kind of paper did you use?? Can you use cardstock paper?

I have used Dollar tree wrapping paper. I feel cardstock paper will be difficult to fold like wrapping paper. You can try with construction paper but I wouldn't recommend cardstock.
