Thank you so much for this tutorial. I am a new owner of a Musashi Katana and although I have seen basic care and cleaning of a blade depicted in some of my favorite movies, I didn't have the knowledge or teacher to instruct me on the finer details of maintaining my sword properly and safely.
    I am thoroughly grateful, Sir!

haven't checked the rest of the vids on the channel, but a few suggestions. start to finish video on 'professional grade' cleaning and preservation of antique katana. like you do at your business. then do a 'lower level' video for collector/owners to do 'periodic maintenance' on their swords at home. plus, a do's and don'ts video would be cool! and a video on what danger signs or risk factors for damage etc. owners/collectors need to keep an eye out for. maybe pictures or damaged blades etc. you're restoring/preserving could help illustrate to the viewers. and also, perhaps a 'periodic maintenance' on weapons/swords in general, not just katanas. I doubt many people have period or antique polearms or other wooden 'stock' or 'hilted' weapons. but help on how to take normal care of wood pieces on antiques might be useful too. especially concentrating on what NOT TO DO to preserve patinas/varnishes/finishes on metal as well as wooden pieces. :D I really enjoyed this video! you have an excellent speaking voice and tonal quality. although, the beeping of somebody backing up their truck distracted me severely. ;) that might just be the sensitivity of my headphones. but! chastise your cameraman though! tell him/her do NOT keep all shots of your hands very tight, ease back on the zoom and how close the lens is to your hands. losing three to five inches of your hands at the top of the frame with delicate operations in an instructional video can mean the difference between somebody freeing their katana of it's hilt or freeing one of their fingertips from being attached to their hand. :>
