This beautiful woman is a delight! Love how she’s designed her home AND how she explained everything they did with the home. Also, sounds like she has an awesome husband. A cook, a construction/handyman, and the sweetest pot shiner and cleaner man you could wish first! 😉

I just adore the character of Tudor’s. She’s done a fabulous job. A livable house, with design flare. She’s balanced the character of the house, and the decor. Neither competes, just complements.
There are Homes, Estates, Dwellings, Houses.....Patti has made this a dwelling. This is not
Ostentatious: "look what I found in Paris", "this piece I found in a market in Tibet", "Here is a 100 year old rug from my travels to India." This is an all American Family, Classic Family Home. What a lovely and cohesive design mix!!

Love this tour. It’s refreshing to get an actual home tour and not just a catalog of a host’s antiques and trinkets.
Okay, hands down my most favourite home ever featured. I LOVE the windows in the whole house, and especially that they did not rip them out and replace them with something hideous like vinyl. The decor is soothing and calming and all the elements she has chosen are perfect for that house. Well done Patti!!:)

I think this home is a great addition to the playlist. It’s toned down compared to the other homes we would normally see on this channel, but still has elements throughout in its decor that give it a homey feel. To me it serves as a great reminder that there are still people out there who believe in the “less is more” approach and can make it look good. Great video! ❤
I love this house because it's lowkey but still maintain its class. While lots of houses in this channel scream with too much decor and look so staged houses, this is a real home. Especially their conversion of garage to the kitchen is so genius!

Wow I loved this house and the stories of the massive remodeling. Every decision was well thought out. But I don’t get going with such a small pantry for a family of 5. But that’s just me. The home is beautifully furnished. Patti shared that they were working with a budget and shopped fb marketplace ,Etsy and thrift stores. Covering her headboard with fabric was genius. She’s so smart! Her master bath and backyard are gorgeous! They have made a beautiful family home. I’m like Patti I would never open closets and drawers to show! 😂

Thanks for sharing the sources for this beautiful family home. It took me a couple of hours to watch, as I stopped to look up items all the way through the tour. This home is wonderful... warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed!
Please be careful to check the source links, many of the items that are found in antique stores have dupes that are made to look similar but a fraction of the cost & quality.
When I see the large amount of links to big box discount retailers for many of the tours, I just feel like this channel is misrepresenting the quality of their items.
I really don’t mind seeing the affiliate links, but when I see that every single video has a large quantity of items with links to discount stores, this is false advertising. Especially when the item is typically sold out, that can get really annoying for us.
Just be aware and consider that the channel is getting profits from some major discount stores that sell dupes that are really cheap quality.

Beautiful home. Classy, simplistic and traditional. Many of the home on this channel are so cluttered. Too ornate for my palette.
