I hear what your saying, if I have a bad day it effects me days later and it takes everything out of me, especially anxiety. That will wipe a person out completely. You sound like you did so much and that much and stress will take it out of you. Oh Lisa that's just how I have felt lately for me its caring for hubby and its gets to be the same day in day out as he is housebound and unless someone sits with him I don't go out but in same token I am not a summer person heat wears me out I am 70 next year so anything is possible thank goodness for our babies xxx ❤ lots of love xx
