I am sorry for you mate. Everything is getting expensive .The sale of homes soared 25.6% in the month of March compared to the same period in 2021. Thus, it adds up to 59,272 operations. This is its highest figure since January 2008 -in the middle of the real estate bubble- and its best data in a month of March since 2007. At that time, there were more than 74,000 sales.
These are data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE) that also show that the number of transmitted farms registered in the property registers, which come from public deeds carried out previously, was 227,773 in the month of March.
      Everything is up in Spain.

@@shirleymental4189 Good morning, I'm interested to know what your main reasons for supporting leaving the EU is. I'm not here to argue or anything but simply to learn, when the referendum happened I was too young to vote in it, however we did hold a vote at school as a kind of experiment, and around 80 percent of the students voted to remain, in my constituency also, the majority voted to remain. I was mainly concerned about my future ability to live and work in the EU freely, as well as my ability to study as I am a student of Spanish and my girlfriend is German. The UK has pulled out of the Erasmus scheme and replaced it with the Turing scheme, which would make it incredibly difficult for me to do a year abroad without paying a lot of money and going through complicated processes, which would be difficult for me as I come from a low income family. I was also concerned about living with my girlfriend as this would prove difficult after Brexit. I was also concerned about my childhood friends who I grew up around, many from Poland and worried about their status after Brexit, and the healthcare workers as well who come from a wide array of nationalities. Brexit has also had the unforeseen consequence of creating a rift between Scotland and England, and the majority of them vote for the Scottish National Party. Brexit has not made my life better in any way, however it may hinder my prospects in the future. I'm sure people had reasons for voting for Brexit, but please can I have some from you?
