well, yet another cursed 10.8 to add to the growing list of cursed 10.8s in the game (yay...)
anyway, this mess of a chart
god, it's so unintuitive to play - this is possible the worst sightread I've gotten for anything, including when I first sightread halcyon ftr when I first downloaded the game
that's saying something
the only good way I can summarise this chart is...crosshands. the entire thing is literally just a fancy 2.5 minute crosshand chart.
however, once you get the hang of it (and cheese most of the crosshand parts in the first drop) it becomes kinda fun
the problem is the journey to get to "having the hang of it" part - this took me an entire day to learn, understand, and to be able to do the chart properly without dying (and to EX as well)

BPM, I think. Lower BPM songs are more strict than higher BPM songs when it comes to arcs
@@xdYama i think it depends on the beat the arcs end then. I don’t have the lowest BPM or highest BPM songs so i don’t have experience with them
arcs increase in tick rate (and therefore note density) as you go higher in bpm, until you hit 256 bpm. then the arc tick rate halves to that of 128 bpm. this is why glory road (250 bpm) has really dense arcs, while garakuta doll play (256) has arcs with not a lot of notes
the bpm was recently changed to 172, but this shouldn't impact anything. if it were still 344 the arc tick rate would still be halved anyway bc it's above 256
