You got to get these people involved in this movement. I can't imagine how it must feel to live in these neighborhoods.

I'm from Miami Florida and there is alot of redlining going on when it comes to Black communities. I'm in real estate classes at the moment and there is so much opportunity in real estate investing everyone is starting to get into it. More people need to come together and help out these communities. All these inner cities need help. Jay thanks for posting these videos. So much potential in those buildings. I plan on getting licenses in several cities and making moves out here. You inspire me so much and I appreciate you brother. Stay positive and stay blessed.

Wow that's crazy man. Thanks for showing the real deal in these streets. But like someone else said please shoot your videos landscape or sideways lol. But other than that I applaud you for doing such a great work and bringing awareness to our communities. I will also be sharing your videos and movement with my networks 😎👍

Philly is exactly like Baltimore. They are identical. I never knew it until I visited Baltimore. I lived in Philly as a child. I've been there innumerable times, but when I was in Baltimore, I thought I was in "little Philly." I swear it is exactly the same. Cleveland is worse. Detroit is also bad, as bad as it gets. Thank you Jay. You're doing an excellent job.

I'm not a real estate expert or nothing. But it looks like the first stages of gentrification unless "New Africans" investors come in and buy this property up. Because you see it in Brooklyn where the cookie cutter box stores are moving in as well as high rise condos where the projects once stood. Here in downtown Memphis old abandon areas where black businesses once were are being developed into condos for 200K a pop. So we really need to buy this property and beginning building a community.

simeon310 These are some nice North East Townhomes. The Potential is there. Bedstuy and Harlem made the comeback before gentrification, at least Baltimore have the positive examples and the negative warnings of gentrification.

simeon310 That is so true. I was born and raised in Brooklyn and I can definitely say it is not the same as it use to be, especially in the Downtown BK area. It's exactly how you described it and it's kind of sad. There's all these huge buildings in the area and they're claiming it'll be affordable income housing. Yeah right! It just feels so different now. So I completely agree with you about buying the property and building a community.

Damn shame. Looks like another country. Philly looks the same in most areas. Detroit and chicago as well. You keep saying "american government" but lets not forget Obama is head of the government and people think hes doing a good job and hes not.

B-More been like that way b4 Obama went into office. Not everything can be blamed on the president. I don't agree with all that he does but this definitely isn't his doing. Sad to say but the west end has been this way for a very long time.
