    so I don't know how to do layers this way would be roll. I use InShot paid version on an iOS system now I see it layer if I'm adding music but usually would be what I've done and I'm new at it. I'll put a clip up there and then I'll add when I'm adding with the plus button I just add the Payroll and then I go back to the Payroll so it's like I don't have to splice it because I'm adding it at the end of the portion already have up there there.. I think it's cool that you can do that when you're talking and talking but the bureau you see it rather than what you actually did. I'll have to watch this again to see how to do that. I'm sure my program can do it because it doesn't add music. It shows to layers the layer of the original and then the music layer on top.
    Great, thank you very much 🤗💕🙏

      So, every video will be different in how you layer. I showed ShotCut because that is what I use, but I have zero experience with InShot. The best search term should be adding B roll with InShot. Hopefully, knowing the right search term helps.
      If layering in Canva, layers for computers are listed under position once you have something clicked.

      Also, what time stamp so I can look back to see if I can clarify better.

    So I have a different question for you because I have to record today. I’ve put it off too long and I’ve already got all my outside work done (because I live in Florida lol) but as I’ve discussed with you before I don’t have an office anymore because I use it for something else so the place that I sit in the living room, I’m just not wanting to do that anymore, so I’m wondering how long a video I can shoot if I need to do like four minutes at a time or three minutes at a time and do little snippets, how long could it be that it would allow me to change the background in Canva?
    I was thinking about using the “breaking news” one and put myself in there, but I’m not really sure how to do it and I’d have to go back and look and see how much the breaking news video lasted. I know I could just keep duplicating it I guess…. but not sure how to put me speaking inside that video standing behind the breaking news because I’m gonna be talking about the harmful effects of antibiotics and obviously personal experience with that in my mom. I’ve tried to figure it out before and I don’t know it didn’t work and it may be because of what I was going through with my mom and everything at the time and I really couldn’t focus. And I’m thinking now in the breaking news video I’m talking about I think is an inch shot but let’s just say I found something in Canva that I wanna do use. Maybe they have a breaking news thing where it’s a green screen behind it and all these microphones out in front. How would I do it there? If you’re getting this type of information from you would require a monthly membership. I have no problem paying that but there are just some specific things that I just don’t know how to do when it’s really holding me up. Thank you, Jennifer 🙏

      Since I'm not sure how long that specific video is, I am not sure. I wouldn't recommend using that for long. You could simply go back to full screen after doing a video background remover for a short period of time. The longer your original footage. The longer it takes to remove the background. Authentic to wins every single time. Even if it means not having a perfect background.
      From Canva. The Background Remover tool in Canva has a few limitations when it comes to videos:
      You can only remove backgrounds on videos with an original length that’s less than 90 seconds. If you trimmed the video in Canva, you'd need to download and re-upload it to use this feature.
      For mobile, videos must be uploaded via the Uploads tab and not through the Camera Roll or Gallery.
      Remember, these limitations are in place to ensure the best possible outcome when using the Background Remover tool.

      @@TheCreatorClassroom I just tried doing it in InShot to see cause I can just keep duplicating that same green screen with the breaking news podium that I could stand behind. I would have to learn how to insert me in there. I was playing around with it layers and Ins have to do with adding PIP and I'm watching InShot videos but it's not helping a whole lot, so it's probably something I want to do, but I'm not able to do it because it can't be done. I haven't recorded yet. I could do like 85 seconds just one after the other stop at 85 seconds and go into Canva. It just depends on how long the video would be because I could download 85 seconds video from Canva and InShot and it together, but it may not be worth all that trouble, maybe just blur the background of the whole video I'm not sure if I can do that with the program I use or not that's what I'm trying to find out but it takes so much time and then after I do all that I don't even want to record. I just don't wanna do my videos the way I've been doing them. I look back and I don't like them at all. I was hoping maybe with Canva I could do them differently. I do understand that Canva is not a video editing tool!!! 😂🤣😂

    Is it possible to add images under a video (I have the background removed and want to have images fading in and out in the background)?

    • @TheCreatorClassroom
      @TheCreatorClassroom  Před 2 měsíci

      To clarify are you wanting to add the image in place of the original visual and leave the audio?

    • @thewebstylist
      @thewebstylist Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@TheCreatorClassroom yes, other video editors let you have layers where you can place images and or video clips on top of each other and trim start finish handles and I was Canva allowed for similar. I have a video where I removed the background and want to have images fading in and out behind the woman speaking for first 30 secs then I have an audio file speaking for 3 mins and images of photos and event flyers are continuing until the last 15 secs when she comes in again w no background closing out the presentation w a few images fading in and out. Thanks for your time and advice.

      And also with fade in and out. You can add the image to the clip you want and click animate on that image. You can add a fade animation
