Trickle down economics is basically a Legal Pyramid Scheme. Those at the bottom do most of the work and those at the top benefit the most!
So it's really a trickle up economic model?!

Not true at all. *Some* of the members of the Conservative party, which may not coincide with millions of bribes, erm, "donations". How could this not coincide with the overwhelming will of the UK electorate who are, overwhelmingly, over the age of 70, white, male and named Nigel? It's so unfair how good, honest media outlets like the Daily Express are unable to express things truly.
You're forgetting, it's only the EU that has an unelected leader, if we had an unelected leader then wouldn't that make Brexit supporters a bunch of hypocrites that don't know anything?
But Liz Trust has been elected. The country gave the Tories a large majority at the last General Election. She is one the people elected to be an MP. The Tories MP’s voted for a new leader multiple rounds before it then went to Conservative Party members who voted & Liz Truss won that election. To say she is unelected is missing something.
Brilliant as always. “Trickle down” is like lower income workers going to a restaurant, all paying for the meal of the wealthiest family there and hoping they get to lick their plates when they have finished.
Depressingly accurate
The only trickling that happens is a load of piss from the richest. Trump’s golden shower is the real trickle down.
Great analogy
Except instead off using you money. You borrow money off thr rich people to pay for the meal, and as soon as youve spent it they put the interest rates up....and the price of unlicked plates go up due to demand on plates
Don't complain, go to the back doors and search the waste bins. The better the meals for the upper classes are, the better that content gets too.
The budget is entirely about helping the financial institutions in London expand, and thus the social bubble within which she aspires to circulate. This will improve the quality and quantity of potential Tory party donors, plus better dinners, house redecoration and holidays available for Ms Truss and her cabinet members. It seems her perception of Britain's growth is limited to personal aggrandizement rather than genuine economic and social improvement of the country.
Don't forget directorships when she leaves office.

She got to be party leader against the preferences of the MPs by appealing to the Tory leadership electorate - Tory party members - who don't even represent Tory voters. And she's reflecting their interests and attitudes and aspirations - it has nothing to do with genuine economic and social improvement of the country because her electorate has no interest in that. The government see they need help so give money to a rich man they meet, in the belief the rich man will assist the man by the road. Sadly the rich man keeps the money for himself and the poor man still needs help.
The rich man also uses some of the money to install those anti-sleeping spikes and makes the homeless person do favours for him for free.
