Hilarious. But Jake the Snake was a baller too in his young days. Especially in college at Arizona State.
Ever think that the kids probably got their autographs already? Maybe while Plummer was throwing and Peyton and Brady were just sitting in the grass right next to the kids. Or, maybe she didn't want their autographs and is just a big Plummer fan. Just like I'd walk right past super famous people like Justin Bieber and Beyonce to get to someone who's in a smaller band that nobody knows. Just because I personally care more about who I really like than who's more well known.
As a big Colts/Manning fan now I would have loved myself to get the autograph but hated myself now for passing on them even on Brady. No doubt that he is one of a kind.
Imagine Plummer in New England's offense, tho. Opportunity is almost as important as talent. Brady could have been wasted and torn up if, say, the Browns had gotten to him. Plummer had some great moments in the NFL, but never the team to make it all happen.

Does anyone else think its weird that in games manning and brady consistently deliver passes in insanely tight gaps that only their receivers can catch it, but have a hard time hitting the broad side of a barn in these challenges?
I don't know, but neither was in his prime at this point. Brady has become a lot more accurate over the years. I'm sure Manning did, too.
This was their 1st year and they just got better throughout the years ,
Did you see some of the record holders in the events? Vinny testaverde and Scott Mitchell? The qbs that are great usually do the worst at the challenges and the qbs who do the best at the challenge are like mediocre in games.

It’s a pattern, usually the QBs with the best teams don’t do as well in the individual challenges that test them. All that means is that some of those QBs that are record holders are underrated bc they didn’t have much of a supporting cast. Or it could be composer & durability.
This Throwback channel is the best. I love seeing these shows. Please don't stop putting these up. Manning calling the refs bush leaguers is funny as hell. He had his humor way back then.

Brady, damn the luckiest person in the world. I'm guessing when he married a Brazilian supermodel his confidence went up a little bit. She makes all the coin so he can go in the backyard, throw the ball around and win a few superbowls. Sounds easy enough. He looked like just a big ole nerd in this. Yep even though Plummer was consistently taking the broncos to the playoffs every year he was a starter and had like a 70 something win percentage. And his win percentage would be better if you forget about his years in Arizona.
Christopher Kaesemeyer Yeah I looked it up, it was .722 which is excellent. And honestly I grew up remembering him more for the Broncos than the Cardinals. We never saw Arizona games on TV because they usually only broadcast the local teams or the ones that were good like the Pats, Broncos, or Packers (and the Cowboys for some reason).
Just watching this clip gets me teary eyed, this era of football is a bygone era.🥺
