Heard the band and this for the first time at about 3 a.m. after closing shift at a restaurant - exhausted, a little beer buzzed, and then from the radio, into the darkened room - it sounded like magic. Still does...
@ 71years old, Sting looks so fit, and he still got the voice he always has, and what an epic musician....still got the records of them, from the beginning ;-)
Finally something happens that should have happened decades ago. Reggae is the strongest influence on The Police and Sting's music, but this is the first time I see him singing a Bob Marley song. A record with great reggae hits by various artists, in Sting's version, would be amazing.
The brilliance of thing is, he put so much energy into writing fresh stuff right the first time, he’s got the most chill retirement of ever, playing stuff you wrote 30-40 years ago, with maybe since the police disbanded a dozen songs that he’s actually written apart from the police I’ve taken off,And his solo career, that strength stinge is probably the most prolific songwriter of the 20th century, hands-down.
I knew "The Police" were going to be a big hit, when I first heard them. Little did I know my kids would also dig Sting, but they saw his concert last night in Arkansas; I got videos of them there.....blown away!
Very talented, this guys gonna be somebody someday.
Just 3 notes.......and the rest just follows on.....what a talent this man is.......
If music is a regilion, Sting is one the Gods. Long live beautiful man!!
Damn that bass shows a lot of dedication.. Dude hasn't lost a step!
I'm glad it has simplicity of the original. Less is more

Girls would faint watching the Beatles. I am a man 10 feet from sting on a solo of Roxanne in Houston in 1986. I hit the floor!
