For those interested in Nutrition:
I wrote a little E-book about my Take on Diet, Health and Weight Loss including a one-week example Meal Plan (currently unavailable because I changed a thing or two and need to update that): goo.gl/cgaux4
Transparency and Disclaimer:
Some of the Links above are Affiliate Links which means that Purchases will grant me a small Commission. Since climbing gear represents a quite small niche, everything is not sold from every single Amazon store, thus not all countries are supported. However the US, UK and Germany are fully covered, you should find all of the recommended gear in these stores. And in case you're not into longer shipping, why not support your local climbing shop :)

Was waiting for the update!!
Holy shot!!! You can plache!!
Crazy strong, Mani, you managed to both humble and inspire.
Thanks for this!
It would be really interesting if you could do a recap video of what your training schedule looked like over a longer period like one month or one entire training cycle.
I can almost do the hanging ass planche👌💪🏽
Yeah, I'm trying to master perfect form on that one too.
Your handstands are coming along well bro ! To improve your form I would try and fully extend / lock out your shoulders when in the upright position so that your firm is entirely straight and the head doesn't stick out - it's best to try practising this against a wall until you learn to balance in this position.
Mani will you ever do vegan eating and recipes again? I’m miss the efficient cuisine and diet analysis
Cooles Video. Um meine Körperspannung zu trainieren habe ich kürzlich auch mit Calisthenics angefangen.
6:12 Also what basically nobody does is doing them with completely straight arms (armpits turned up), which makes them WAY harder. Perfect form commands completely straight arms, though. The pull into the lever from a hang is also obviously way harder with straight arms and feels different.
I'm wondering if all the calisthenics practice actually improves/improved your climbing level Mani. Do you climb harder / better than one year ago? Or do you like to this besides climbing.
Calesthenics helps me so much climbing. Having a strong core is key to climb hard. Also 1 arm pullups and front levers are the best
Well your english is far superior to my german.
The links do not work on mobile, fyi
wie hoch sind die Dip Barren in deinem Video ?
Hey Mani, are you still into the philosophy of not full crimping indoors?
yeah pretty much, I avoid it where I can. But I will not skip a plastic problem just cause there's a crimp in it.
