how do you manage to do so much and have it all under control? You're so accomplished and I can't even manage art high school... I dream of doing something meaningful with my life but can't even sit down to get my work done without being overwhelmed with anxiety. How do I get out of this cycle?
What helps me is to remember I chose to study and do what I do every day and remember that I chose it because I enjoyed learning about the topics. Then take it in small baby steps at a time, for example just give it 5 or 10 minutes and see how you progress
i'm a premed student who is also an artist! It's nice to see someone who shares similar interests. I would love to see a video of your art collections over the years :)
