・ウッドフォードリザーブ 60ml
・角砂糖 1個
・オレンジスライス 1枚
＜ホールスパイス＞
・シナモン １片　
・クローブ ２粒
・オールスパイス ２粒　
・コリアンダーシード 6～8粒
・カルダモン １粒
・ナツメグ １粒
つくり方
薬研に、ホールスパイスを入れてすり潰す。ウッドフォードリザーブを30ml、オレンジスライス、角砂糖を入れ、さらにすり潰す。残りのウッドフォードリザーブを注ぎ、すべてをボストンシェイカーへ入れ、温度のゆるい氷を加えて、加水を意識しながらシェイクする。ストレーナーを付け、ロックグラスに注ぎ、オレンジピールを振りかける。

Recipe
Woodford Reserve 60ml
sugar cube 1 piece
orange slice 1 piece
Whole spices
cinnamon 1 piece　
cloves 2 grains
allspice 2 grains　
coriander seeds 6-8 grains
cardamom 1 grain
grain nutmeg 1 grain
How to make
In a druggist's mortar, grind the whole spices. Add 30 ml of Woodford Reserve, orange slices, and sugar cubes, and grind some more. Pour in the remaining Woodford Reserve, place everything into a Boston shaker, add loose ice at temperature, and shake, being careful to add water. Strainer, pour into a rocks glass, and sprinkle with orange peel.
