The data in HubSpot's systems is not HubSpot's data, it belongs to HubSpot's customers and enterprise customers are absolutely not amused when their data is used to train Google's AI! (At least not most of them) The reason why this acquisition absolutely makes sense is that Google consumer-segments are saturated and the only area where Google can expend is B2B.
