You should do the Royal marines PRMC or the paras PRAC. Royal marines would be 60 push ups to the bleep, 16 pull ups to the bleep, 85 fixed feet sit ups to bleep (all videos are on CZcams). Score out of 13 on a 20m bleep test. 1.5 miles in 12:30, 1 minute rest and then a 1.5mile return in 8:45 for max points.
I did PRAC back in february (and failed), and it's a bit harder to replicate but the closest way I can think to do it would be over 3 days. Day 1 would be a 4 mile run over undulating terrain, with a 200m sprint at every mile point (but the 200m sprint is on top of the 4 miles that you're already running) to be completed in 36 minutes or less. Day 2, sit on the floor with your back against a wall, throw a 4kg med ball at least 3.1 meters for max points. Then do a max mid thigh pull (basically a racklift) and hold at the top for 3 seconds. Max points is like 96kg I think, easy enough. Then 2km gentle jog, 1 minute rest, followed by 2km in AT LEAST 8:15 or it's a straight fail. Day 3, 6x hill sprints, 2 minutes rest followed by a 1.9 mile gentle jog over undulating terrain, 2 minutes rest followed by a repeat of that route in under 16:30. This is the only way I can really simulate what we did for the steeplechase course. We got a hill sprint bollocking, then ran the course before doing our timed lap. You have 18:30 on the steeplechase however there are multiple fences and obstacles to climb over, 2 or 3 pools of water you have to run through and also a 150m stretch or so that is literally through a stream that is built of rocks that are impossible to keep your footing on, so I lessened the time to compensate.
Might sound confusing to follow but itd be a great challenge if you could pull it off 👍🏻
Edit: you should be able to find a scoring sheet for the PRMC, however PRAC is a pass or fail course

I know that you work out a lot and stuff, but it's not normal that you get injuries all the time. I had the same problem at the age of 13. I had so many injuries all over my body (in my back, elbows, knees, wrists), I just felt pain everywhere even if I wasn't working out. ( I Trained calisthenics then). And you know what? It came out to be chronic lyme disease. What I really recommend you to do is to check out if it's not the same thing.

Push ups are no joke 5:42 As someone who trains with special forces workout regularly to join the armed police/military, I can confirm - these are no joke unfortunately, pull ups are even harder as you cannot train for pull ups without doing pull ups. That requires a bar.
I'd like to try this, but I would need a few weeks beforehand to get my earthly affairs in order.

The army is switching over to this test in order to standardize the scores across the board there will no longer be descrimination based upon gender or age all will have to meat the minimum requirements based on job the more physically strenuous the job the higher the minimum score for that job will be I’ve taken this exam twice now while at West Point and it’s all dependent upon how much effort you put in to it. It can be really easy or a smoker

NitSUj sorry for the confusion man the test is very easy to just pass however it is much harder to max out. People who put i the bare minimum for the standard they have to meet will find it much harder to promote or go into schools such as ranger, sniper, special forces qual course and many others the score gives reviewers a sense of where you are at and where to place you on the order of merit list.
