For persons having only BPH, isn't Aquablation a safer procedure as it uses only waterjet at room temperature as against most other prostate surgeries that use electric arc or laser which can affect adversely the adjacent tissue and nerves?
Could the numerous BPH sufferers in India too have access to this option, just as patients of most advanced nations please?

Sir will complete prostate is removed or only enlarged portion
Whole prostate is removed in Laser Prostatectomy.
There is no use if we leave some part of prostate behind as it can grow back. So as per the international guidelines, the entire prostate is removed so that patient does not face problems in future.
Doctor Sahab kiya prostate operation ke baad future men dobra phir develop karne ka chance hota hai kiya .kuch log aisa kahte hain.
Nahi sir, Laser prostatectomy k baad humare kisi bhi patient ko dobara prostate enlargement nahi hua hai aaj tak. Humne 3500 se zada prostate surgeries ki hain aaj tak.
