Today we continue the challenge to win the game without weapons and movement, however this time on Inverse Mode, which triples the HP of the enemies. While this initially just sounds like an additional burden, it quickly turns out the main issue is how restricting it is. Not only do bosses live 3 times as long, but also the damage threshold required to oneshot enemies - or those that can't be oneshot anymore - is raised by quite a lot, meaning I am forced to take additional armor points just to make sure some enemies get oneshot.

Hey Dex, this type of editing (Insert the failed attemps, and the explaination Part) Was realy refreshing!
Sometimes when a run is going massivly good in the last Minutes it can be a bit booring to watch. But this was realy realy cool.
Did you record 26h straight or in Segments an all the stuff together Was 26h?
It was in segments, sometimes I did singular 1-2 hour sessions, but most were 6-10 hours, the final amount was around 26 hours
At the end of the video Dex is on the verge of exploding 😂

I had it planned to release some higher effort videos to member first before they get published. Only problem was I am often just recording/editing a video the day it has to go live, so it wasn't really an option. But yes these videos will eventually go public

I'm trying to do CATS with paranormal scan and I had to start with the extra revives bc i kept dying early on. Also I can't see where the red gems are (obv). At 15:43 I'm level 434 and 185k ded. It also doesn't help that I am super n00b at limit breaking ): HELP

I did something similar to this with trouser that has no weapon, i just banished all the weapons so i couldn’t even pick one. I used the divine bloodline arcana and the power up that causes some enemies to be defanged. Since the defanged enemies can’t damage you divine bloodline doesn’t kill them. This caused there to be eventually only defanged enemies except for bosses. I did move for this though, but i thought it was pretty cool to win with no weapon. It also was not inverse
Yea, I accidentally ran into this early on when I still had defang on and ran into the same stalemate (without moving). The enemies were around me and prevented anyone from moving in until the 25 minute boss appeared who walked through all enemies/ignored collision. Was fun and I consider this for a "0 kill win" video but here it felt off
@@DexTag yeah, i don’t think it would be possible with no movement. But basically when the 25 minute boss came out i just ran in circles around it inside the defanged enemies.
Just curious but why did you disable the thing that lets inverse maps be normal instead of upside down?
Mostly because I think it's more likely "old school" people might come across the video and then wonder what inverse mode is/not notice something is different compared to a normal run (this frequently happens with the inverse being turned off).

It's hard to trust someone who uses mods and forgets to record.
I get that, but I think the times where the bosses don't hit me easily shows how it works - and I think explaining it twice should do the trick.
