This is one of the best houses you have shown in some time. The floor plan is very functional and includes good flow from the lounge to the dining room to the kitchen. A couple of the bedrooms might be snug as doubles, but four-bedroom homes can be hard to find. The back garden is spacious and private. Compared to others I have seen in videos, the price seems reasonable for what this place offers. I suspect it will sell quickly.
Great well propotioned home still the installations in the showerroom look cheap and only an electric shower installed. This is supposed to be like a proper new build. Otherwise great and calm location this is even more important.
