Gravel tire test and going tubeless without a compressor

I just got new tires in and thought this would be a good time to compare them to my current tire setup.
Test one: Maxxis Crossmark 29x2.1
Test two: WTB Nano 700x40c
Test three: Maxxis Re-fuse 700x40c
Can you set up tires tubeless with only a pump?
