this was their first and basically their only true music video. the video tells the true story of how nobody believed in them at first, they even got dropped by their record deal, but then they built their own success through youtube and rose to fame. the whole story is told through the metaphor of them trying to go to space

My daughter and her friend did a dance routine using this song (the original song) along with cool costumes in middle school. It was very popular, she had people asking for her autograph for a couple of days....lol

Not that I haven't seen this many, many times before, but now I have to watch again! I was so distracted watching you enjoy it that I kept forgetting to enjoy it for myself. Not too many people review this one, which I think is a shame. I think the combination of the drama and the song and the metaphor to their own experience plus just the song itself along with the dancing is really worth people's time. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch this one and react.

This was the very first track on their very first EP, PTX Vol 1, June 2012, and the first music video that wasn't just them singing into the camera (thanks to being sponsored by the teeth-whitening appliance featured in the video). Speaking of dancing: they had to dance on The SingOff, but this is one of very few videos where they do.
This is definitely top 10 for me.

My favourite PTX song is the one I am listening to right then. It changes 3 minutes later when the next track starts!! I have PTX on USB stick in the car whenever I am driving!

Just for fun, this version of "Starships" is from an unfortunately short-lived TV show on NBC called "Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist". The special thing about "Zoey's" was that the focus was on choreographed covers of popular songs. I won't go into the complicated gist of the show, but in this video, the 3 characters had just taken LSD (the first time for Zoey) and are flying high. It's short but entertaining.
