Judges, who keep making news-making, eyeball-grabbing oral observations but pass orders contrary to what they have been saying during arguments during the entire case develop courage like the Hon. Justice Alhuwalia.
The lawyer had every opportunity to open his mouth when he submitted his written petition and therein said everything he wanted to say.Then in a mindless activity, when arguing, he opens his mouth to add to that by his own submission. Now... the Hon. Judge has to weigh in the submission in real time and make a decision, and when he does, the only reason counsel keeps butting in is, because he didn't think his words through, before speaking them, and the Hon. Judge saw through his his ruse and passed a judgement in the favour of the sufferers. That is not "supremacy", as you call it, instead, it can be called, "the wisdom of the court", of not allowing counsel to razzle-dazzle the court.
The lawyer himself did not disclose any ownership of the land in this small clip so judge's question and instruction is valid. I cannot say for sure what's happening but judge instruction based on the lawyers submission seems valid to me.

Lawyer was trying to be slick so gram panchayat is not summoned ..bhed khull jata😂
