Happy belated birthday, Beth and wow! The Platinum Collection too! Thank goodness I own the Queen Studio box or this upload would have killed me outright with envy! As it is I am sorely tempted to rope in the Platinum Collection before it becomes unavailable. The book provided with the studio box is top quality as is the entire set. I wonder if there was more than one photo provided of the ladies back in the day i.e., the US got one photo and the UK got another? Bottom line of all this is that I am "very happy" for you! Thank you for the shout out too, Beth! ❤
Thank you Rachel! When I watched you do your unboxing, I knew I must get my hands on this thing at some point. If you really examine the posters there are more than a few differences. I'm guessing they just used a different shot for this new poster. You can tell that it's more in focus and "enhanced" Another thing I have noticed comparing pressings is my 2011 Made In Heaven cover is different than the one in the box set. I'm sure I will find more things the more I compare.
Enjoyed the unboxing. I don’t know why I waffle on that silver box set of hits. I did the same waffling on the studio albums. I need to change that. The studio box set looks so fantastic.
I wasn't sure I needed the "greatest hits" box hence me not picking it up. But I will say after listening to it and how well in compliments the "big box" I'm glad I have it in the collection now.
Awesome collections. I already have Queen Greatest Hits 1 & 2, so won't buy the Platinum - still looking for a copy of Greatest Hits 3 on LP at a decent price. Have considered getting the Studio set as I am missing a few of those on Vinyl - never knew they had the etchings on the discs. Again, waiting on a decent price.

It's definitely worth it! I'm so glad to finally have this in my collection. It doesn't fit in my storage cubes though. HAHA First world problems!! :D
