Late Spring KiwiRail Action in Auckland (HD)

This video is a compilation of rail footage I have taken over the past 2 months around Auckland. The video has beautiful spring colour in the grass and plants. The video also has some rare movements too, such as DCP 4605 and DFB7160 on train 220, and light DBR 1254.
The video is also the first to include audio all from my new microphone. Please comment on how you feel about the upgrade compared to my DSLR's built in mic.

The train at the 17:20 mark was at Parata not Pokeno

these are a lot of nice trains, but what i have never seen are refrigerator cars, don't they exist at Kiwirail? or did i just not recognise them?

In New Zealand we don't have refrigerator cars, instead we use refrigerated containers. There's a couple of these at the 8:34 mark. Cheers for commenting
