After completing Masters of Teaching in Australia, Do we need to clear any other test (something like NET and CTET in India)to get the teaching registration??

Can we give Pte test to register for teacher in Australia or we have to give ielts

You have to appear for IELTS.

It depends on what your interest is and what your future plan. Master of education will not allow you to teach. If you’re planning on teaching you might have to do your masters in teaching.
