morgan is the best softball player i’ve seen rn. ily so much morgan pls see my comment i play for a select team and you teach me really good tips, ily!
I want to encourage you from down here in Pascagoula......... I did over 300 miles in April, Today 12 and a half.....I am sure you got this! Also, I wanted to reach out because my dad died of Huntington's disease... and yes, it was terrible. He was a worst-case scenario though, I do not want to discourage your affected family member. Everyone is different.....
@@MorganGaither12 It's ok, I came out the other side stronger...... I got 50km in before the 3rd day of the week. I took a break yesterday...... The jogging\walking unning thing is really a new habit for me..... It started 3 months ago......I just started running.....it was that simple......did not count laps or distance.......until my fam gor me a pedometer for my birthday. I really had no idea how far i was pushing myself, because i was lost in my head whilst getting fit lol. I have a lot of empathy for your situation as well..... I reckon this is one of those situations that a stranger can actually understand and quite frankly feel bc of shared life experience. Keep it up!! I have zero doubts that you will accomplish if not exceed your goal......... I have a good eye for that type of thing. Determination ......is something you possess...... You got this......and what's coming up next? I'm sure your gonna have a large social media presence soon.
325! Keep it up! A few tips from a very amateur runner (5k, 10k, 10 mile, Ragnar): 1. Get 2 pairs of good shoes and rotate. You'll have that 2nd pair if one gets wet. 2. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. 3. Get some Body Glide for chafing. 4. Get a massage gun. 5. Use your arms a little more when you run. Think "hips to lips". 6. Eat breakfast every day. Sorry for sounding like a dad (which I am)... you're doing great! I'm praying for you!
Great job! I appreciate your passion and drive to do something like this. We will be cheering you on through the whole journey! Take care of yourself though, no injuries here!
Great job and good luck. I hope you have a nutrition plan for your runs. You'll need to refuel during these long run with calories and electrolytes, anything over an hour. Vaseline between your toes if you start to feel hot spots to avoid blisters. If you're on a treadmill where you can easily change your socks to dry ones part way through these long ones, you'll thank yourself. Go get em!
As a varsity athlete you are bound to be proficient at minerals- and supplements-management for your own body. That said, aside from the obvious aspirin's and zink's, I've heard that even Sir Woodland Tiger of Golfingshire recommends banana slices and peanut-butter sandwiches on wheat bread to struggling athletes, in order to replenish energy and manage neural fatigue. And you know old folks do say that sometimes simple solutions do work best. Good luck on your run-a-thon, kid, rooting for ya :)
Your amazing keep doing what you’re doing !
