Good work on explaining this upgrade. Only thing I saw that you didn't do unless was edited out was cleaning the shavings off with brake clean. Cleanliness is always #1!
Yeah we kinda figured you would clean out the shavings as we do mentioned it with the blue tape. We used a microfiber and removed them .

What I'm look 4 is the normal Wythe of my scoot without having a deep dish with multiple lug's , trying to stay more in the slick stock setups Where my front ' remain even the rear, due they make that kit??? . ( 37:06 ). Just crack that bolt on the banjo. Squeeze the lever, and let some fluid out. Then just snug up the bolt. What your doing is, bleeding with the bolt, instead of the bleeder valve.

I bought your front and rear kit . The front kit I bleeder no problem the rear can't seem to get the fluid to run through the line at all . Don't have any kinks .

bleeding rear disc brakes on a factory GY6 is a pain in the a...s, does not build pressure for nothing and it was working until a fitting came loose but before that happen it took me hours to make it build pressure
I have a Genuine Venture with a 14" back wheel. The engine is shot, so I want to upgrade it to a GY6. Will this kit work with the 14" rear wheel? The Venture came with a rear disc brake.

What kind of 8mm spacer I have your 863 wheels and the acorn nuts are hitting the caliper do I need 4 8mm washers one on each stud I dont know where you mean to put it when you say in between the wheel and hub the only place in between is the studs or do you mean a real wheel spacer like round with a bolt pattern like the ones for cars etc. This is the last step before I can get it on the road .
what people are also doing is getting rid of the acorn nuts and the m6x20 bolts that are in there and using m6x16 bolts with nylocks as it sits closer to the wheel. others have used non nylock nuts but if you do that id recommend good loctite to keep those on and let it dry.
